The legend is that if you jump off of it and survive, 4/5 chance of survival, you will be granted a wish. There is an old tale about someone jumping off to escape enemies somewhere in a  book, I can’t remember where to find that info. Obviously jumping off of it is banned now and carries a large fine and possible death, you are still welcomed to try, idiot.
